Janelle’s story

My passion began with a love of flowers from growing up in a beautiful farmhouse garden, established by my mum, a gardener, and a home florist. At a mature age I studied for my Cert3 in Floristry at The Gordon - Geelong, and continuing in tradition as a mum, I established my home Florist Studio.

With a desire to create stunning floral arrangements for Special occasions, Weddings, and Events, I love working with all textured flowers from traditional Roses and Orchids, to old worldly Dahlias and Hydrangeas, and new age King Proteas and Natives. And with all colour schemes in mind I bring to life your vision, style and theme, with the romance of adding florals for your occasion.

From the beautiful beachside town of Lorne, with the rolling Otway Hills I’ve produced some stunning Weddings and love a challenge if you require barrel Arrangements to Backdrop Arbours with the seaside view behind. To the luxury rural accommodation of Long Meadow Estate at Tyrendarra. A private country estate on the shipwreck coast with a gorgeous landscape garden, the backdrop for a Wedding Ceremony with Tall French inspired Urns to hold my creation of romantic Roses and cascading Orchids.

I take pride to travel personally to source the highest quality fresh flowers from local growers and regional. Your flowers are then conditioned and stored in a cool environment until preparation begins. From start to finish, I work personally on all the requirements for your day, with delivery to the event included.

Based in Colac in the Central Western District, I am able to service from Geelong to Port Fairy and along the Great Ocean Road Seaside Towns.
